The 3BR unit OCC: Max 8/6 has 2 baths, 3 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. The 3BR penthouse (unit #900) OCC: Max 08/Pri 8 has 3 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleeper sofa. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. A US$100 security deposit is required at check-in payable by check, cash or credit card. Having a car is necessary to enjoy the area. Only one on-site parking space allowed/per unit. Guests checking-in must be 21 years of age or older. UPGRADES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
