Federal Park Regulations include strict building codes which necessitate units to be smaller than average (1BR units are 340 square feet and are suitable for an adult couple and two small children, 2BR units are 637 square feet). 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed & 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 3/4 baths, 2 queen beds & 1 sleep sofa. Please note the resort is NOT handicapped access- ible. A car is necessary to tour the area. A complimentary shuttle service for guests is available to downtown Banff. Bicycles are also available nearby for a fee. Small pets are now allowed in resort with a nominal charge of CDN$15.00 per pet per day, up to a maximum of CDN$45.00 per pet per week. A special food & beverage discount is available for RCI guests with dinner in The Seasons dining room. A park permit must be purchased for all vehicles stopping in Banff National Park for a fee that is currently CDN$109.00. There are on-going renovations at the resort.
