Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 are small, have 1 bath, a wall bed, and a sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 and 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6, have 1, 1 1/2, or 2 baths and a varied bed structure. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have up to 2 1/2 baths, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 sleep sofa. RESORT STRICTLY ENFORCES THE STATED OCCUPANCY LIMITS! Check in is at the front desk only after 4 PM. A US$ 150.00 security deposit is required. No pets are allowed. There is a US$.50 charge for local calls made from the unit phones. All resort units are non-smoking. THE RESORT IS 3 FLOORS WITH NO ELEVATORS.
