[updating] Each unit at Anchorage Resort and Yacht Club is air-conditioned and has a TV and dishwasher. The kitchens are equipped with SURFACE COOKING RANGES and a MICROWAVE. CONVECTIONAL OVENS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. All units have a screened-in porch. There are laundry facilities on- site. All units are 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 and have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. IF ARRIVING AFTER 5:00 PM YOU MUST CONTACT THE RESORT IN ADVANCE @ 305/451-0500 TO OBTAIN THE SECURITY CODE AND KEY. No pets are allowed. To fully enjoy the Florida Keys, a car is recommended. THE RESORT OFFICE CLOSES AT 5:00 PM. The resort is located near the last remaining drawbridge in the Florida Keys. There is some noise generated by the bridge when in use. A credit card imprint is required upon check in.
