The 1BR unit OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 has 2 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. The 2BR unit OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 has 2 baths with 2 queen beds and a sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. A car is NOT necessary to enjoy the sights of Newport. Parking is available, across the street, at a municipal parking lot. The fee for parking is US$20.00 per day. The resort has 3 floors - no elevator. The resort requires a US$100 security deposit upon check-in as well as a US$20 deposit for the key and health club pass.
