[updating] Each unit has air-conditioning, a television and a microwave. The 2BR and 3BR units also have a washer/dryer. There are other laundry facilities on-site. The resort has three floors - no elevators. 1BR units with a den OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sleep sofa and twin trundle beds. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and queen sleep sofa. 3BR units Occ: Max 8/Pri 6 have 3 baths, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a queen sleep sofa. Bed structures may vary. Resort office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 6pm. Resort requests advance notice of late arrivals. No pets are allowed. A US$100 security deposit is required, payable by check or cash only! Deposit is returned 2-4 weeks after check out. GUEST MUST BE 25 YRS OLD OR MARRIED OR CANNOT CHECK IN. Only 2 cars per villa are allowed. Boats and trailers are not permitted on the property. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The outdoor pool is closed from Thanksgiving to Easter. Call for specific pool opening/closing dates.
